During your internship you going to compete at the Division Call Center. You keep primarily engaged in answering questions from agents and our Call Center via various communication channels such as telephone, e-mail and Web chat.
The department's responsibilities include answering oral and written feedback from customers and travel agents on a service-oriented and quality properly.
You follow a tourist MBO or HBO training. You have good communication skills and are customer-friendly and commercially oriented.
You are result oriented, flexible, independent and collegial.
Time: 40 hours per week
The start date is January 2017
